Boulevard Adolphe Max is a central boulevard in Brussels, between Place de Brouckère and Place Rogier, in the continuation of Boulevard Anspach.

Connecting the Place de Brouckère to the Boulevard du Jardin Botanique, the Boulevard Adolphe Max is the eastern branch of the fork in the road that ends, to the north, the string of central boulevards built between 1867 and 1871 on the vault of the Senne, on the initiative of the Mayor Jules Anspach and according to the project of the architect Léon-Pierre Suys. Modelled on the Haussmann model, this monumental breakthrough crosses the city from north to south, notably via boulevard Anspach, place de la Bourse, place de Brouckère, boulevard Émile Jacqmain, place Fontainas and boulevard Maurice Lemonnier.

Monumental facade in blue and white stone, with six levels including an entresol and respectively three bays at the rounded corner, five bays laterally, respectively under a dome and mansard roof covered with slates.
